Talent Hog was founded by Scott Earnest and Bill Cullen. Scott is a 20 plus year veteran of the recruiting world. He’s worked on the corporate side as well as for 3rd party recruiting agencies sourcing talent, ranging from front line staff to senior executives.
The vision for Talent Hog was born out of Scott’s first hand recruiting experience. Over the years, Scott had seen how the Internet, job boards, resume databases, and other services had made it WAY cheaper to source well-qualified candidates, but no one was telling the customer. So he decided to change that!
Scott teamed with Bill Cullen, a serial entrepreneur with an extensive background in the franchise industry. Bill’s knowledge of process and systems, combined with Scott's understanding of recruiting, was the perfect combination to build the Talent Hog model.
